For any reason you are not 100% delighted with your purchases, please contact us within 48 hours of signing for the parcel. Send us an e-mail at first to firstname.lastname@example.org to notify our office you are returning goods. Goods must be returned within a 14 day period of the purchased date.
We will provide either an exchange or full refund provided that goods are unused and undamaged condition. Goods must be returned in original box or product packaging, return of goods is at customers own expense.
We do recommend the use of Registered Post or Express Post for returning purchases to enable tracking of the parcel.
Please note that refunds will be made in the same method as goods originally purchased.
All personal information provided to inHomewares will be for the sole use of processing sales transactions and delivery of your order only. inHomewares does not disclose customer’s information to any third parties.

inHomewares has tried our very best to provide very crisp, clean & as true to life images of all products as we possibly could, to make sure you are viewing the products in their true state. Please note all monitors may alter the colours and not show in their true form, (refer to refund policy if any issues with colours when goods are delivered). All accuracy of information contained on inHomewares site to our knowledge accurate and up to date.
